Thursday Rugby Club - Holland Park

Always hugely popular!! This was one of our first clubs, run by fully qualified coaches, current players and ex professional players these are great introductory sessions for children and for those who have also played the sport for a number of years. 

Rugby is great sport for helping children when working on co-ordination and confidence. It gives each child discipline and helps them to identify what is in front of them, while also building on the love of team sports.
